We will keep the personal data for 6 years further tobeing provided with the goods/services.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under theterms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide the data whenrequested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying toenter into with you (for example to provide you with our goods or services). 7. MONITORINGAND RECORDING
[We may monitor and record communications with you (such astelephone communications and emails) for the purpose of quality assurance,training, fraud prevention and compliance. We also have CCTV cameras installedin our premises for the purpose of crime prevention and for health and safetyreasons. We retain such information for 14 days.
8.1 We useautomated processing to analyse your contact with us and offer you products andservices that may be of interest to you.
8.2 We maycarry out a credit check on our customers:
8.2.1 so that wecan make credit decisions about you; and
8.2.2 to preventfraud and money laundering.
8.3 Our searchwon’t be recorded on the files of the credit reference agency.
8.4 If furtherto undertaking a credit check you receive a low credit score, we reserve theright not to supply you with goods or services on credit and/or require upfrontpayment for the goods or services you wish to purchase.
8.5 If youprovide false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will recordthis.
